PNW Trades is a contractor directory operated by Jalen Builds, based in Bonney Lake, WA. The site lists and routes customers to Pacific Northwest trade contractors across fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Jalen Builds operates the directory; individual contractors operate their own licensed businesses.
Use of the directory
You may use this site to find contractor services in the Pacific Northwest, submit partner inquiries, or contact us. You may not use the site to scrape listings, harvest contact information for spam, misrepresent your identity in an inquiry, or submit false or misleading information.
Contractor relationships
Jalen Builds is the site operator, not a licensed contractor. Each listed trade is operated by a separate licensed contractor-partner. When you contact a trade through this directory, you are initiating contact with that contractor's business. Licensing, insurance, and service quality are the responsibility of the individual contractor.
Partner inquiries
Submitting a partner inquiry through the For Contractors page begins a discussion — it is not a binding agreement. Any partnership arrangement requires a separate written agreement between your business and Jalen Builds.
No warranties
This directory is provided as-is. Jalen Builds does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any contractor listed. Trade slots marked "template-ready" do not yet have a signed contractor-partner; contact us at /partners if you are interested in filling one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from use of this site will be resolved in Washington State courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the directory grows. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
