We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, route your message to the right trade contact, and follow up on partnership discussions. We use aggregate usage data to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is received by Jalen Builds (the studio that operates this directory) and, where relevant, by the contractor partner for the trade you contacted. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses minimal first-party tracking to understand referral sources (UTM parameters) and record which trade or page generated an inquiry. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If you arrived from a search engine or referral link, that source is recorded alongside your inquiry so we can improve our marketing.
Data retention
We retain inquiry records for up to two years to support follow-up and partnership discussions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.
